We were commissioned by the head of consumer research at Moet Hennessy to design an internal community web portal to be used by Moet Hennessy North America's sales and marketing teams. The purpose: to create a source of up-to-date information about the upscale beverage market and the experiential events around the top metropolitan cities.
We also captured the engagement from comments on the web and surveys. To deliver on all data points needed, we came up with a website design that was accessed internally through single sign-on. We also built a customized CMS and named the site C-Trends. To introduce the platform, we produced a video that showcased new ways of looking at content and information at Moet Hennessy through the social web and mobile technology. Preview the C-Trends video.
